SOLDIERS’ ALLOWANCES
[per PRESS ASSOCIATION. COPYRIGHT.] WELLINGTON. This Lay. A joint caucus of over fifty members of. the House of Representatives, pledged supporters of the National Cabinet, was held this morning, at which certain financial arrangements connected with allowances, submitted by Government, were considered.
The Premier states the feeling displayed at the gathering was most cordial and friendly, and a unanimous decision was arrived at, regarding the proposals, which the House will bo asked to sanction.
