FLOODS IN CHINA.
THE COUNTRY INUNDATED. J TSIENTSIN UNINHABITABLE. ; [“BBUTBRf’s” TELEGRAM.] SHANGHAI, Oct 9. There are enormous floods in Northern China, in the densely populated area. Twenty thousand square milo3 have become an immense deep lake. There is a likelihood of Tientsin becoming uninhabitable and the removal of the capital from Peking, may bo necessary, owing to instability of communication.
