STRIKE DECLARED OFF. SEAMEN RESUME TO-DAY. [PER PttKSS ASSOCIATION.—COPYRIGHT.] SYDNEY October 6. A meeting of seamen resolved to deolare tie strike off and to resume work on Monday. Phci seamen's action in declaiming the strike off removes the last obstacle to the final settlement of the strike. The decision clears the way for other waterside unions to resume •factivitiefi on Monday on pre-strike condittfons.
