Tho War Department- is constructing twenty thousand noroplanes, in accordance with the provision of 630 million dollars Aviation Bill. Aviators are training in 2-1 centres. Mr. Baker made a statement that the Allies are asking for the Liberty motor and intend the international sta.n dardisation of aeroplane supplies. BUNKER COAL. WASHINGTON, -ct. 4. The State Department announce* it has prohibited exports of bunker coal in order to prevent supplies to Germany and northern neutral Nations. SHIPPING WANTED. WASHINGTON, Oct. 4. The Shipping Board states it is anxious to secure ships to transport thirty thousand bales of wool from Australia, which England ha s agreed to release to United States for use at Los Angeles.
