The Admiralty warship Drake, Captain Redcliffe, was torpedoed on Tuesday off tho North coast of Ireland. It reached harbour lio\9 over, anti sank in shallow water. The naval authorities state the sinkings of “U’’ boats in the past quarter were greater than for any previous quarter.
