RUSSIA’S CRISIS.

THE RUSSIAN SITUATION. MORE REVELATIONS. INTERNAL DIFFICU LIT ES INCREASE. f [per PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPYRIGHT.] Received, this day at 8.-15 a.m. LONDON, Sep. 25. •Alio “Daily News” Petrograd correspondent says the publication of documents concerning General Korn doffs mutiny caused H sensation. They show that Savinkoff, apparently in Kerensky’s name offered to Korniloff’s consideration, three variants upon the dictatorship, and discussed the participation of Korniloff, Savinkoff, Filomenko and Kerensky in various combinations. The announcement of individual or a collective dictatorship was to coincide with the declaration of martial law in Petrograd, and the merciless destruction of the revolutionary organisations responsible for the Colslievia plots. Documents show that tho- Government contemplated bringing the Third Cavalry Corps to Petrograd, which was to be the signal for repressive measures demanded by Korniloff. Tho Government are preparing a statement o n the subject which will he issued upon Kerensky’s return. This latter is delayed owing to German activity on tho Dvinsk. No statement is likely to destroy the feeling of profound mistrust and insecurity aroused among the Social- J isls.
