RUSSIAN OPERATIONS. (per PRESS ASSOCIATION. COPYRIGHT.] LONDON, Sept. 23. Russian official:—"We pressed hack tho enemy’s advanced guards in the region of Rudma, in the direction of Riga. Tho Roumanians repelled attacks in the region of Muncheli. A RUSSIAN SUCCESS. (Received This Day at 11.25. a.m.) LONDON, September 24. Russian official—Wo occupied enemy positions ,after a fierce sruggle southward of Pskov high road. The enemy losses were severe.
