In opening his address counsel said that the value of the barque and cargo was said to he about £104,000 ami the cost of repairing the vessel about £12,000. (At a meeting of the Coal Merchants’ Association, a special committee was appointed to conserve the iiiteiests of members drawn in the ballot, and accepted for service.
