MELBOURNE, Sept. 14. Both Mouses have finally repealed the Daylight Saving Act. j‘ u the House Mr. Hughes announced that the present Federal Ministry had made no representations to the Imperial Government regarding territory in the Pacific being added to Commonwealth territory. Representations on the subject were made by the previous Labour Ministry. No suggestions had been made to the Imperial Government regarding peace terms.
