CHRISTMAS SMOKES. In order to provide special cheer for Xrnas. last month’s collections, as well as this are specially earmarked for the West Coast men on active service, and it is hoped to have the smokes distributed in good time for the'Christmas season. A special appeal is made to make the September collections as large as possible, so as to ensure as liberal a gift as possible for the men on active service.
