NDER the revised regulations gazetted on the 6th instant, only those orchards from which fruit is sold or is intended t-o he sold are to be registered for the year 1917. Registration, which is free of charge, must bo mad© not later than 30th September of this year. The penalty for non-registration is a fine not exceeding £2O. Registration forms are available on application to any Orchard Instructor, or District -Agent’s Office, or the Horticultural Division of the Department of Agriculture, Industries, and Commerce, Wellington.
