Replying to Air. Reed, Sir Janies Allen said he. would consult the Medical, Board to see whether they could visit more than one centre in the North Auckland district.

Sir James Allen said the chief clause wa's that providing for exemption of clergy, meaning all ordained" clergy ol recognised churches, and those ministers authorised to marry. Alnrist Brothers, not being ordained clergy, were not exempted. There was nothing in the hill about conscription ol Youths ol .19, but they would be accepted as volunteers. The Parliamentary Representation (Expeditionary Forces) Adjustment Bill (Hon. Alassey) and Registration of Aliens Bill( Hon. Russell) were read a second time. The House rose 11.50. p.m.
