AUSTRIAN REVELATIONS. OF . assassination PLOT. (Received This Day at 10.15. a.in.) BERNE, September 10. There are startling revelations in Vienna. Government at tho outbreak of tho war organised a reign of terror against its political opponents. Doctor Frank tho Magyarphine loader, states Raovitch, Chief of Police sent a subordinate and urged Frank to form a Black Band to kill leading SerboCroatian politicians. Frank replied that ho would never consent, though tho victims were political enemies. Raovitch then said it was a pity tho fellows were not assassinated.
