GERMAN PEACE TERMS. [“bsctrr’s” telegram.] COPENHAGEN, September 9. There was a great sensation in Germany over Dr. Micliaelis’s declaration that German would shortly be able to publish her peace terms.
NEW GERMAN PARTY. AMSTERDAM, September 9
A now patriotic party has been formed in Germany. It declares its hostility to the Reichstag poace resoluetion and urges Germans to not desire a peace instigated by weak nerves. The party will not run Reichstag candidates. It will dissolve the day peace is declared. Admiral von Tirpitz and the Duke John von Meiklenberg are the presidents of the newparty.
HERR BALLIN DISMISSED. FOR STRAIGHT SPEAFpNG. nr-nT-vi (Received this day at 1.20 a.m.,) LONDON September 10. The Daily Express’ Amsterdam oorre spondent says the Kaiser has dismissed his shipping adviser, Herr Albert Ballin for declaring that tho Government followed the Kaiser into bankruptcy and min. The announcement caused n sensation in Germany. Although Herr Ballin alone is able to re-organise shipping, he intends residing abroad.
