Three appeals from the decision of Mr. T. Hutchison, S.M. given under the Stamp Act, in cases by the Commissioner of Stamps v. IV. Wilson and W. Jeffries. Hearing of a special case stated by Warden Hutchison under the Mining Act in re application by T. McGrath, (Mr. Murdoch) for renewal of a water race at Dillmans.
Application in bankruptcy, by Anton Falkenbach (Mr. Sellers) for a discharge.
