DIVIDED UP. BY GERMANY AND AUSTRIA. (Received this day at 1.30 p.m.) BERNE, September 6. Fallowing the failure of the Polish kingdom, proclaimed in November, and Austro-German repatriationing of the country Germany takes one-tenth of Russian Poland and Austria the remainder. Emperor. Karl will become King of Poland, inducting Galicia. The Dual Monarchy become the Triple ono. The new Poland will have its own Government and parliament, but theenemy and foreign policy will be imperially controlled. Tho scheme ronders Poles liable to service in the Austrian army, and also removes Galician deputies from the ißeichsraoh giving German predominance there*.
