The debate on the Finance Bill was resumed by Messrs McCombs, Payne*. Sykes, Thttcker, Craigie, Webb, Hinclmarsli, and Ell. Sir Joseph Wal'd replied and the second reading was earned. The House then proceeded to consider the Estimates and rose at 9.30. p.m.
