r [PER PRSS3 ASSOCIATION.—COPTBIGHT.] A COURTMARTIAL. CHRISTCHURCH, Aug. 31. A court-martial to-day dealt with the case of Edward Hannam, a carpenter, a reservist called in the S’xth Ballot, charged with failing to report for medical examination.
Prisoner pleaded guilty and saul that he was an anti-militarist. Accused was sentenced to twelve months’ imprisonment. The sentence h'-.n been confirmed h-e the Officer mending the Canterbury Military D - trict.
