i CHARGE OF MURDER

GISBORNE August 24

Frank \Bortram Inkster ,17} years of age, was charged at Waipori Bay to-day with the murder of Anderson and Hareary Bradley. There were a dozen witnesses. Medical and other evidence was given similar to at the Coroner’s inquest.

Dr.- Davies deposed that there were four bullet wounds in Anderson’s body, three of which wore firet) from close quarters and caused instant death. On Bradley’s body were two wounds, both likely to be. fatal: All the wounds were from tho back. Inkster reserved his defence and was committed for trial at Gisborne on September 13th.
