ROUMANIAN ANNIVERSARY.

The Press Bureau states Hon Lloyd George has sent a message to the Premier of Roumania on the anniversary of her entry into the war, paying a tribute to Roumania’s courage and endurance in the cause of freedom against autocracy. This cause can never fail, h'owever long its triumph is delayed. The re-creation of Roumania’s Army and the resistance it is now making against the enemy under difficult conditions, is a magnificent example of strength and the freedom it inspires m a free people., It is also a proof of the Allies’ determination?to win.
