LONDON, Aug. 23. For the week ending August 19tli arrivals at Italian ports totalled 499 vessels, and sailing 457. The sinkings wore two steamers arid three sailers, while vessels unssucassfully attacked numbered two. Three strips were damaged but reached port. FRENCH LOSSES. LONDON, August 23. French shipping for the week ended August 19th. wore, Arrivnls 1049, departures 1012. flunk—s over and four under 1,600 tons. Unsuccessfully attacked three.
