In connection with the Bazaar this week, thero is a very dainty display of fancy articles, both in Mr Preston’s and Mr Pritchard’s chop windows. The displays aro well worth looking at.
Thoso who have promised articles for the sale of work this week to any ol the stall-holders are requested to deliver, or send, same to tho stall-holders as early as possible to-morrow, bo that the goods may be marked for sale. Master George Searle, son of Mr TT.' Senile of Hari Hari had the misfortune to have his band come in contact with a circular saw while cutting firewood on Saturday. Tho lad was brought to Hokitika for treatment, it being found necessary to amputate one finger.

Billie Burke will hold a levee at the Princess Theatre on Thursday and Friday, a small fee being charged for the ' privilege of writing visitors names in the Indy’s autograph hook.
