Russian official.—Roumanian troops have continued the countor-offen*m>. They occupied the village of Slanio and dislodged the enemy from the heights south-est of Grozechti. Tho offensive is developing. RussoRoumanians repulsed attacks in the direction of Focsahl, and also in the region of Maksimii.
