(Received This Day at 12.25. p.m.l AMSTERDAM, Aug 13 The semi-official .North-German Gazette, denies the existence ot the Kaiser’s telegram revealed in Mr. Gerard’s memoirs. It states it is possible that the Kaiser prepared a memo to prevent Mr. Gerard sending wrong information v to Washington, but the Kaiser’s notes were not destined for Mr. Wilson. GERMAN PRESS OPINION. / AMSTERDAM, Aug. 18th - The Vowaerts rejoices at the Britsm decision to amend the Stockholm Conference as the first step, and it cannot remain the only step.
