September. as the amounts will be available. for the purpose of Christmas gifts for smokes for the men, who will be enduring another winter at the front by the time the gifts reach them, It is hoped that there will be a liberal response. The smokos received are much appreciated, and never more than during the hard cold weather mid trying conditions which have to be put up with during the Christmas soaikm in Europe.
