Kerensky with the reconstitution of the Government on conditions. Firstly:—On behalf of the Socialist's, that Government adhere to its declaration of July 21st. Secondly:—On behalf of tlie cadets that tho Government enjoy the entire freedom of policy and be not subject to tho influence or, pressure of political parties. All tho parties agreed that M. Kerensky was the only man able to assume the Government of the country. Nekrahoff announced that the of the compromise would be'immediately communicated to M. Kerensky.
