AMERICAN RIOT. NEW YORK, Aug. 3. Anti-draft rioting has broken out in Oklahama. Armed farmers, including many negroes, are urging recruite to resist conscription. Farmers in Georgia • and North Carolina are threatening armed resistance if their sons are conscripted.
