Subsequent to the visit of the provisional directors of the proposed company to work the limestone deposit at Ross last Wednesday representatives from Ahaura, Totara Flat, and other parts of the Grey River Valley also visited Ross, and were shown over the deposit by Messrs Bruce and Upjohn. The death of Mr. James Isdeil of Pres ro n Read, Greymouth, took place on Thursday morning after ailuig| for some weeks past.
