(Received This Dav at 11.25. a.m.) LONDON, July 24. * The Petit Parisien’s Barcelona correspondent says the situation is serious. . The recently dissolved Assembly’s manifesto is being circulated notwithstanding the censorship. It declares the Government’s policy is provocating and does not satisiy the country’s aspire tions for a better political system. It demands tho reorganisation of tho State and municipal autonomy. The Mayor and Council of Barcelona have resigned. % • Tho whole "of Catalania is perturbed. Six hundred communc s adhere to the Assembly’s programme. There was serious trouble at Valencia, whore several persons were killed.
