(Per Press Association— Copyi value of SPEEDY ships. NEW YORK, July 21. Th© Chamber of Commerce has urged th© Government not to build wooden ships as they are not speedy enough to elude submarines. The chamber has compiled a statement showing the percentage of attacked vessels destroyed iin relationship to speed.
