The mutinous troops have been disbanded. Further troops have arrived from tho front M. Lvoff's resignation was followed by a stormy Cabinet meeting. M. Kerensky has just returned from th© front. He criticised the Ministers on the military handling of th© recent situation. He declared they should have used I their fullest power to suppress the mutiny.
