(Received. This Dav at 8.50. a.m.) PETROGRAD, July 21. Anarchists have abandoned the last citadel at Durnovi village. Most of the Workmen have resumeu work. M. Kerensky is arresting all guilty of relations with Germany, and already several notorious Maximalists have been arrested. Th© whereabouts of M. I-enin is unknown. The mutinous troops have been disbanded. Further troops have arrived from tho front M. Lvoff's resignation was followed by a stormy Cabinet meeting. M. Kerensky has just returned from th© front. He criticised the Ministers on the military handling of th© recent situation. He declared they should have used I their fullest power to suppress the mutiny.
