The “Morning Post’s” Pekin telegram states that President m Yuau Hung Has definitely temdereu his resignatinon following a fight between his men and the adherents of the ex-Premier, Tuan Chi Jui, wherein three \ver© killed. The President took refuge in the French hosiptal in Pekin. He also issued an appeal urging the country to support his successor Fang Ivuo Chang. The latter refused to * accept the Presidency and ia reluctant to proceed to Pekin.
