Driving along the Wickliffe Bay Road recently a resident bad an unusual experience, states the “Otago Daily Tames.” His horse refused to negotiate a sharp bend in the road and backed excitedly . The discovery of the seal enlightened the residents as to the recent scarcity of fieh in the hay.
