Tho Hon. F. E. Winchcombe, managing Director of Messrs Winchcombe Carson and Co., and a member of the Now South. Wales Legislative Council was a passenger by the Mongolia. H© died at Bombay as th© result of exposure in a boat 'after tho vessel struck tho mine.
