CHRISTCHURCH, June 29.

At tho Supreme Court a man, Ernest Henry Riordan, who had pleaded guilty to theft and who, it, was stated had been addicted to taking drugs, was ordered to come up for sentence on July 27th.

• A young woman, May Alice Brandon was found guilty on charges if breaking entering and theft- The Judge said it seemed pretty clear that she liadi been led away by th© attractions of dress.. He ordered her to come up for sentence when called upon.
