They .broke the windows of the recruiting offices and held a public mooting. They denounced the Convention. Some of the released prisoners stated that they were ready for another rebellion.
THE CORK RIOT. (Received This Dav at 10.15. a in.) LONDON, June 25. Thirty porsons were more or loss seriously injured by bayonets at Cork. One man was shot and killed, while two police, struck by bullets, wei'o uninjured.
Most of the rioters disappeared when the machine guns were brought.
