It is reported from Baltimore. that the, American freight steamer Ndrilna lias arrived. She fired nineteen shots in a battle with a U-boat. The Captain stated that lie subjmersible’s superstructure was wrecked and he believes that the U-boat was sunk. A torpeao struck the Norlina a glancing-off blow but did no damage to the. freighter.
