The DanislThmder Staning states that the French Socialists have changed their views since the French secret session. The Russian delegates were recalled during the Cabinet crisis, and the German minority’s arrival is persistently postponed.
The Dutch and Scandinavian Committees state thoy and the German majority will conclude a• separate conference and are issuing a report presently.

Conferences o fthe German majority Socialists have concluded. The Germans have limited th ? •?? mans havo advocated tho limitation of armaments and the abolition of secret diplomacy. Thoy oppose the economic war after peaco and equal social and political laws. Thoy expressed thdir unreserved readiness to join a Socialistic Peace Conference.
