Details from Gangoot, cabled on the Hth. states the crews of the warships Republic, Gangoot and Diana gave notice to the Provisional Government that the Czar must be given to the revolutionaries in order to be sentenced. Government ,took no notice and the crew of the Gangoot attacked. Kronstadt Soldier’s Council phatically repeated the demanu, threatening force if it were disregarded Government then stated they could not acoedo to Gangoot’s exaggerated desires.

Simultaneously Petrograd soldiers Council tapresed a dosiro that the Czar bo condemned and forced to labour in tho mines. Government (consequently oausod the garrison at Tsareroye t° he strengthened.

There is a reign of terror at 1 saritzvn other towns are quiet.

■A Congress delegates from Polish troops are discussing a proposal to raise a separate Polish army of half a million from Poles at present serving in the Russian Army. Tho deliberations have -not yet concluded, but it is known that an enormous majority of delegates favour tho . proposal.
