(Per Press Association. —Copyright--) INVERCARGILL, June 15 At tlie inquest on a prisoner 11110 was shot while attempting to escape from Otata'roa reclamation works, and died in the hospital, the jury returned a verdict ' that' the deceased met his death by misadvanture, being shot unintentionally by Warder Dougin's, in the execution of his duty. The Coroner added a rider that no blame was attachable to the warder and that the prison authorities had done everything possible for the comfort of the deceased
