Four regiments of the Seventh Army mutineed. one of which arrested. its officers. The War Minister has ordered tiie regiments to bo disbanded and the ringleaders to be- court-marnniiod. MORE TROUBLE. COPENHAGEN, June 9. Swedish papers assert that there is a serious disturbance at Petrograd and affairs are almost anarchial. A BIG CONFERENCE. PETROGRAD June 9. After the speeches of the Belgian Minister and a reprsentative of the French Embassy a conference representing all the Russian commercial industrial and financial firms categorically rejecting any possibilit of a separate peace and expressed confidence n the coming decisive victory of the Allies. An “All-Russian” Congress of Councils and soldiers is being arranged to meet iln Petrograd when 1560 delegates are expected. Only delegates presenting : not less than 25,000 members will be given a decisive vote. All the members of the Government will be invited attend. A PECULIAR AFFAIR. PETRORAD June 9. A curious incident is reported from IvishiiefT. Twenty-seven Austrians including two generals were arrested in the town, under escort announcing that they were peace delegates. They requested a conference with tho Workmen’s and 'Soldier’s Committee. The Government ordered their arrest and word has been received in the capital tho delegation was arrested and will arrive in Petrograd on Saturday. The question of whether they will be hold as war prisoners is being considered.
