WEATHER REPORT. The following is Rev. D. C. Bates’ weather forecast.— The indications are for south-east-erly strong to gale winds. The weather will probably prove squally and changeable with snow in the back country. Tho barometer has a rising tendency, sea heavy tides moderate off shore.
