REPUBLIC IN A BAD WAY
TOKIO, June 6,
The American constitutional adviser, Mr. Willoughgy, is en route to United States.,, Ho declared that autocracy in China had apparently triumphed. It was evident the Republic had been pralctically destroyed. Ho declared the revolution must be serious. The militarists! control tho situation.
The separation of Northern and Southern China and the establishment of separate Governments is expected.
