THE KAISER OBJECTS. (United Service Telegrams.) (Received, This Day at 8.50. fy.»i.) AMSTERDAM, Juno G. Tho “.Staatsburger Zeitung” says the Kaiser has sent a private letter to three chiefs of the anti-Hollweg Coalition, forbidding tho continuance of the agitation against the Chancellor. The Kaiser says he considers the agitation is an attempt to ourtail the Crown’s personal prerogative to form an opinion about the Chancellor’s politics ata time when the Kaiser himself approves of those politics.
