(Per Press Association. —Copyright.) LONDON, June 2.Arrangements for the Irish Convention have been practically _ completed. 'lt is expected to comprise 80 to 100 delegates. The “Daily Chronicle” says that the Irish Convention will consist of 101 members including 15 Government nominees. AMNESTY to SINN FEINEKS. LONDON, June 2. The “Daily Chronicle’s” Parliamentary correspondent states that there are grounds to believe that the Government is granting an amnesty to the Sinn Fein prisoner* in order to create an atmosphere favourable to the Irish Convention. The members will include Lords Dunraven, Mac Donnell, Pirrie, Sir Horace Plunkett, Sir G. T. Hutchison, Messrs Poe, George, and Rutsell. and also a few members of the House of Commons). Every county council in Ireland has demanded its own delegate.
