HOKITIKA GAS COMPANY.
ANNUAL MEETING. Tlie .annual meeting of the Hokitika Gas Company Ltd., was held at th« Post Office 'Hotel last evening, Mr AY. E. Williams (Chairman of presided, and the following were present,' as well as othiTf* holders, Messrs J. S. Lang, G* J. Evans, P. Willson, and Dr Teiolielman. The annual balance-sheet and auditor’s report were received and adopted. A dividend of 4s per share was declared payable at the company’s office on and after June 12th, 1017. Dr Teichelmam was re-elected a director, and Mr. A. B. King re-appoint-ed auditor. Votes of thanks were passed to the office staff and .to the manager and staff at the works. A vote of thaniks to the chair concluded the proceedings.
