POLLARDS PICTURES

Norma Talmadge will be the star artist in the all new picture display to be given by Pollard’s Pictures on next Monday evening at the Princess Theatre. “ The Sooial Secretary ” a big Triangle success heads the list of the picture attraction and is a photoplay with a most ingenuously constructed story that is full of surprising changes from grave to gay* tragedy to comedy, that is so accept* able to the theatre goer. Nonna Talmadge appears in two characters, first as the fa'oinating and beautiful sooial secretary sought after by her employers nnd then as the plain unattractive Mayrne, the typewriter dressed in the ante-men costume. Norma Talmadge is supported by a strong Triangle oast that include? one of the most risiog of the young Triangle stars, “ Gladden James ” whose work is this sensational play is most effective and attractive.
