The evidence of plaintiff was taken and also defendant and bis partner, M. Boyle. After lengthy evidence His Worship decided the plaintiff had no ground for any claim and gave judgment for defendant with costs £1 13/11.

AFTERNOON SITTING CLAIM FOR MAINTENANCE An affliat on case in which Mr Crawford appeared for plaintiff and Mr Wells for the defendant, engaged the Court in the afternoon. After considerable evidence was taken the hearing was adjourned till next sitting. ■ [Left Sitting.'!
