WELLINGTON, May *- Cabinet has decided on the following classification for the Second Division : CLASS “A”: To comprise all men not less than 20 nor more than 46 ycais of age who have no children; CLASS '‘B”: To comprise all men not less than 20 nor more than 34 years of age who have not more than two children, irrespective of age; CLASS “0” : To comprise all men not less than 36 or more than 46 years of age, who have not more than two children, irrespective of age, ; GLASS “D”: To comprise .all men not less than 20 nor more than 34 years
of age, who nave not, more man ioui children irrespective of age; CLASS “E”To comprise all men not less than 35 nor more than 46 years of age, who have not more than four . children, irrespective of age; CLASS “F”: To comprise all men not less than 20 nor more than 46 years of age, who have more than four children, irrespective oPage. Wellington, May 3 Judge Sim allowed the appeal by Oliver Noakes, against his conviction and sentence of eleven months’ imprisonment on a charge of making an ntterance intended to interfere with the unloading of the steamer Westralia. fie expressed the opinion that tha remarks in question were spoken without the intention of influencing ths conduct of another waterside.worker, but merely expressed disapproval of oonduot in connection with the terms of the engagement, , r The appeal was allowed and the in? formation waa dismissed.
