At the late General Meeting of the New Zealand Newspaper Proprietors’ Association it was unanimously decided that an increase m the Selling Price of Newspapers was necessary owing to the heavy advance in the landed cost of News Printing Paper and the increased cost of Newspaper production generally, due to conditions arising out of the war.
